Every Altus project starts with a written scope before a tool is picked up. No work begins without your approval. We do not collect deposits before materials are on-site. Payment is settled when the job is complete and you have walked the finished roof with David.
David walks every roof, writes every estimate, and is on-site for every install. Not a project manager. Not a crew lead you have never met. David. And if Spanish is more comfortable, the entire process runs in Spanish from the first call through the final walkthrough.
