What the Inspection Covers
Every inspection includes a full surface walk of all slopes and roof planes, inspection of all flashings, penetrations, ridges, and valleys, gutter and fascia condition review, and where accessible, an attic moisture and ventilation check. Everything is photographed. The report is delivered in writing inside the week.
An Honest Recommendation
The report includes a remaining-life estimate and a written repair-versus-replace recommendation. If the roof has 8 years of useful life left and the only defect is a failed piece of step flashing at a chimney, David will say so and quote the repair. If the shingles are in end-of-life condition and repairs are chasing a systemic problem, he will say that instead.
